1. Eligibility for Returns

Due to the perishable nature of dairy products, returns are accepted only under the following circumstances:

  • The product is damaged upon delivery.
  • The product is expired or spoiled at the time of delivery.
  • You received the wrong product.
  • The product packaging is defective or tampered with.

To be eligible for a return or refund, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been opened, consumed, or partially used.
  • Products damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
  • Products returned after the specified return period.
  • Items purchased during clearance or promotional sales unless defective.

3. Refund Process

If your refund request is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • The refund will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed through bank transfer or mobile banking.

4. Replacement Policy

Instead of a refund, we may offer a replacement product if:

  • The delivered item is defective.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product was damaged during transportation.

6. Cancellation Policy
